Meet the women of Whip Mix’s Customer Service!
Margaret Overmeer: Director, Technical Support, and Customer Relations
Margaret, who just celebrated her 30th anniversary with Whip Mix, leads an exceptional team of service-oriented individuals. “We are here to assist our customers with all of their dental needs from product information to order placement, to education and training. We want to help them to be successful.”
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys boating with her husband of 40 years, reading mystery novels, having adventures with my two grandchildren, and anything involving her family.
Laura Schoen: Customer Service Analyst
Laura processes all International, Digital Equipment and Domestic Key Account orders. She handles all Annual Software Dongle Renewals for our Digital Customers and she is also the ISO Gate Keeper for Sales. She recently celebrated her 30th Anniversary in July with Whip Mix!
Laura has 2 dogs (Parker and Payton) who are her children. She enjoys watching sports, like NFL games, NCAA Basketball games and College Football (Go Cards!). She also likes going to Biloxi every year for the beach and casinos.
Pam Underwood: Customer Service Representative
Pam has worked for Whip Mix for 3.5 years as a Customer Service Representative.
In her down time, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, shopping with her two daughters, target shooting with her husband, and watching Kentucky basketball.
Marcia K. Davis: Customer Service Representative
Marcia has been with Whip Mix Corporation for a little over 12 years. She started August 18, 2008 in the Customer Service Department, where she has been helping our customers ever since. Her job includes processing orders, taking inbound calls, printing orders and helping our customers learn about our products.
Some of her hobbies are spending time with her family and spoiling her grandkids. Marcia recently moved, so she spends a lot of time improving the house and decorating. She also like to spend a lot of time in her swimming pool during the summer months.
Mindy Floyd: Customer Service Representative
Mindy has been at Whip Mix for 4.5 years. She is the Customer Service Representative for the universities, colleges and special government orders/bids. She supports the Whip Mix school territory managers as well. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, music, traveling, and spoiling her 2 hound dogs Nola and Rocco.
